    Elite boots are elite

Posted by It's ya boy, the Oakley LT on Dec 1st 2022

Oakley generally has a reputation, well with me anyway , as a company that makes equipment that is generally aesthetically pleasing, but durable as a wet paper bag. I know this cause I've already been through some boots and a few pairs of their military gloves. They seem to have gotten a little better with the past few purchases I've made with them though. As this concerns these boots, we'll just have to see. What I can say so far is that they have a sleek, clean design, so there's your aesthetic pleasure for those of you who care about that sort of thing (I DO). They are much easier to take on and off than other boots I've owned recently. You won't throw your back out trying to take these off after a long day at the unit. They are light and pretty darn comfortable. They don't feel robust enough to be a heavy duty field boot to me, but will certainly do well for you in everyday garrison for whatever you need them for. Either way, these boots so far feel like a good buy, I would certainly recommend them.
