The Vortex Sonora 4-12x44 Riflescope is a rugged hunting and field scope built around a one-piece, 1” tube CNC machined from aircraft-grade aluminum. At 4-12x magnification, you’ve got enough scope to handle both tight spots that require a wide FOV and those open field shots where you’ll need to really pull out the zoom.

Dead-Hold BDC Reticle

The Dead-Hold BDC reticle features customized hashmarks with built in holdover points for both elevation and windage. BDC stands for Ballistic Drop Compensation, and because the Sonora utilizes second focal plane (SFP) reticle configuration, the calibrated subtensions are intended for use at the highest magnification (12x). At 4x, use your turrets for corrected holdovers.
