Product Info for CIRCLE Y Stage A Offset Dee Snaffle 223
REINSMAN Offset Dee Snaffle Bit applies pressure to horse's cheek on the opposite side of the face from the rein you pull for better flexion. The mouthpiece has many features to help control a horse. First, it is twisted to add some bite. Next, a three-piece breaks over the bar at an angle to contact new nerves. Lastly, the dog bone contacts the tongue for pressure to help rate and set a horse's head. Golden Glide bushings ensure smooth movement of the cheeks and eliminate any possible pinching
Stage A bits are great for starting horses, training, or maintaining steady contact. Aspects include direct reining, non-leverage loose rings and dee rings with mouthpiece diameters 5/16" and over.
