My first order had the wrong holster in the correct packaging. I reached out to Gritr Outdoors with the issue. The send return shipping labels for the return. I returned the holster and they refunded me really quick. I ordered a replacement in the meantime. It came quick and was the correct holster. The customer service was superb!
