The blade is made from a non-glare finished D2 steel and features SureGrip handles that provide a sturdy and reliable grip. The Model 1 features a thumb groove with jimping for increased grip comfort and safety. The Model 1 also includes an edge on the back of the blade extending from the point for 1.75in.
