The MEC HB12 Collet is a resizing collet for many MEC reloaders and Super Sizer tool for 12 gauge. Reshape steel or brass base shells to original size. Update conventional reloaders and take advantage of Power Ring collet resizing device. Handles high or low brass. Can be used with any make of reloader not already equipped with Power-Ring resizer.
