Product Info for SEALIFE SportDiver UW Smartphone Housing SLKIT40
The SeaLife SportDiver Underwater Smartphone Housing and Sea Dragon 2300F Light Kit lets you capture underwater photos and videos using a compatible smartphone. The housing features a large shutter lever and rear control buttons for convenient operation, including while wearing dive gloves. The free SportDiver app supports photo capture, video recording, playback, and a range of camera settings, depending on the phone model and operating system.
The housing connects to the smartphone through Bluetooth Low Energy 5 and is powered by two AAA batteries, providing over 50 hours of continuous use. A removable underwater color-correction filter helps restore natural-looking colors, while rubber grip tabs and a holding spring secure the phone inside. Dual leak alarms monitor for moisture and loss of vacuum pressure. A cam-lock latch, sealed door, and Moisture Muncher anti-fog capsule help protect the phone and maintain clear visibility.
The included Sea Dragon 2300F underwater photo-video light produces 2,300 lumens with a 5000K color temperature and a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 80. Its wide beam illuminates subjects for underwater photography and video, with three output levels: 100%, 50%, and 25%. The light runs for up to 80 minutes at full power and uses SeaLife's Flex-Connect mounting system for compatibility with supported trays, grips, arms, and adapters.
The kit includes a padded carry case for transporting the housing and light assembly. Smartphone compatibility and available app settings vary by device; check SeaLife's compatibility information before use.
