Sig Sauer partnered with World Champion competitive shooter Lena Miculek to create an optic designed to encourage women to take ownership of their personal safety through training, education, and community. The Rose Edition carries that mission in its details, from the engraved logo on the housing to the rose gold finish on the brightness control protector.
The optic itself is built without compromise. The housing is CNC-machined 7075 aluminum, the same alloy used in aerospace and military applications. It's fully enclosed and sealed, which protects the optical system from dust, debris, and moisture. IPX-7 waterproof rating means it handles full submersion up to one meter. That's a meaningful standard for a carry optic that may see rain, sweat, and rough handling daily.
Sig built the Romeo-X around their experience developing red dot technology for armed forces. That background shows in the construction.
