Engineered and constructed in the USA, TFO's new Purple Haze Surf rods are created by and for dedicated surf anglers to withstand the demands of fishing from beaches, jetties, and piers.

Purple Haze Surf rods are the pinnacle of craftsmanship. The blanks, constructed with Toray high-modulus carbon fiber, provide an unmatched feel, sensitivity, and durability and feature a powerful pearlescent purple finish. They feature Seaguide's Marine Grade SS316 Anti-Tangle Guides with super hard zirconia inserts, ensuring smooth line movement and reducing the risk of snags.

Purple Haze Surf rods are finished with double-locking Alien reel seats with Delrin accents, flocked rubber shrink grips, and door-knob-style butt caps.

The series features five models, from a 9'0" Medium to an 11'0" Heavy, allowing anglers to toss lures as light as 1/2 oz. up to an 8-ounce bait rig. All models are two-piece with a 70/30 split.
