This orthotic features the signature Aetrex Arch Support to help biomechanically align your body and help prevent common foot pain such as Plantar Fasciitis, Arch Pain and Metatarsalgia.
L400 is a neutral orthotic option, great for an average arch type or if you are unsure which customized orthotic to try, featuring a cupped heel to cushion and stabilize the back of foot.
L405 is orthotic for medium to high arches with forefoot pain, featuring a cupped heel to cushion and stabilize the back of foot and a metatarsal pad to redistribute weight to relieve ball-of-foot discomfort.
L420 is orthotic for low arches to flat feet with no forefoot pain, featuring a posted heel to control over-pronation and provide balance.
