At GRITR Outdoors (ex 1800GEAR.com) - we are committed to creating the most accurate and detailed catalog of firearms and shooting sports related products and items. We do our very best in being as specific and accurate as possible in our descriptions, services and prices. But we are humans too and we make mistakes. These mistakes may relate to pricing, descriptions, images and any other content not being in sync or reflective of the product that it is associated with. That does not make us bad people. Sloppy? Maybe, but we are working on it. And if you help us, we can make the world a better place for all of us.
We can not confirm the price of the product you've purchased until after your order is placed into our system. We reserve the full right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order placed for an item that is listed with an incorrect price, description or picture due to an error in pricing or presentation.
We will price match any currently priced, in stock item. In some rare instances we may not be able to match a price but will do all that we can to give you the best deal possible. We want to make sure that you are comfortable and confident in your equipment. If for whatever reason you are not fully satisfied within 14 days of receiving your item or firearm, we will accept it for an exchange or return with a 17% restocking fee.
GRITR Outdoors (ex 1800GEAR.com) has physical location in one of the best states in the Union - Texas! If you can't tell yet, we are pretty proud of this fact. As many of you know, Texas is one of the few states still left that does not have a state income tax. What we do have though is Sales Tax and we are obligated to collect it on ALL SALES made to shipping addresses in Texas. What does this mean for you?
If you reside in Texas and you order something from us, your order will be charged sales tax.
In Texas, sales tax is calculated based on origin, not destination.
Our warehouse is in North Richland Hills, Texas and the local sales tax is 8.25%.

After the Supreme Court's ruling on South Dakota vs. Wayfair in June of 2018, many states are adopting new sales tax legislation. GRITR Outdoors (ex 1800GEAR.com) is committed to compliance with these new regulations. As a result, you may see sales tax applied to your order upon checkout. Even though we are located in the great state of Texas, we may be obligated to charge you sales tax in your state as well. If you have any questions about this new policy, please contact the Department of Revenue office in your state.
All transactions on GRITR Outdoors (ex 1800GEAR.com) are process in good ole mighty greenbacks (aka US Dollars).
We offer the widest selection of firearms, ammunition, range gear, reloading equipment, targets and other shooting products - Basically everything that you WON'T find on Amazon, eBay, Walmart or Overstock.
While 99.99% of the time, we have enough stock to satisfy all the orders placed with us, we can not guarantee that we won't sell out of an item due to higher than anticipated demand or for any other reason. Therefore, we reserve the full right, at our sole discretion, to either fulfill the order as is or to offer you a reasonable substitution.
We cannot guarantee products listed as "in stock" on our website, even if the page indicates the product is in stock when the order is placed. We will however do our best to fulfill your order in the shortest time possible if the item is not currently in stock.
