One of Korkers' original boot designed updated for the modern angler, the DarkHorse combines proven durability with innovative outsole flexibility and lightning fast BOA lacing technology. Featuring Korkers' OmniTrax interchangeable outsole system, these boots allow anglers to switch between different outsoles to match the fishing location and situation.

Hydrophobic materials throughout the boots' double stitched synthetic uppers and the rest of the boot speed drying to resist the spread of invasive species between waterways. 3PFS Achilles stabilization around the heel of the DarkHorse give fishermen superior fit and function out in the water. An integrated drainage system in the boots' EVA midsoles features large ports and internal channels to drain water from the boot quickly, keeping the boots' weight down. Oversized, molded TPU toe caps add extra durability and protection. Low profile BOA M2 speed lacing system delivers a tight and comfortable fit with more power.

TECHNOLOGIES USED:

OMNITRAX INTERCHANGEABLE SOLE SYSTEM
Korkers' proprietary sole interchange system, originally created in 2003. The current version (3.0) allows soles to snap quickly & easily into the base of your boot, providing full edge-to-edge coverage. No tools required.

INTERNAL DRAINAGE
Drainage channels built into the EVA foam midsole of the boot carry water out 6 ports. With each step, your foot acts like a pump, purging excess water from the lowest possible point. Keeps boot light and agile.

HYDROPHOBIC SYNTHETIC MATERIALS
All Korkers wading boots are constructed with hydrophobic synthetic materials that repel water. Less water absorptions means faster dry times, which lessen the chance of spreading invasive species. Durable synthetic stands up to wear and tear better than natural leather.

BOA FIT SYSTEM
A dial lacing system for quick on/off and custom fit. The dial mounted on the tongue of the boot reels in or lets out thin steel cable "laces" allowing for micro-adjustability. Open lace guides provide a smooth, even closure.

PROTECTED STITCHING
Seam stitching in recessed channels protects it from abrasion. Found in high-wear areas like the toe and heel of the boot. Results in prolonged thread life and fewer blowouts.

ANKLE WRAP
An internal cuff of closed-cell foam that wraps around the achilles tendon. Locks the heel into place, providing a secure and comfortable fit. Korkers’ most rigid ankle support.
