The Pirelli PZero Race Road Tire sets the standard as one of the lightest all-around tube-type tires for high-intensity training sessions and races. The TechBELT Road carcass improves reliability against punctures without affecting the weight of the tire, while the special SmartEVO Compound enhances grip both on wet and dry asphalt compared to Pirelli's previous cycling compounds.

The new tube-type TechBELT Road carcass was developed to provide puncture protection in a wide variety of conditions. It consists of a light, yet flexible casing structure with an added layer of high-cut resistant fabric. The SmartEVO Compound is a new formulation that enhances the grip of the tire, especially in cornering.
