For instance, the WE100, having an angle range of 15-30 degrees, is good for sharpening pocket, everyday-carry, and kitchen knives in simple designs, while a wide angle range of the WE130 (13-35 degrees) and the proprietary Cam-Lock Vise technology allow you to securely clamp and sharpen a wide variety of blades, from Japanese low-angle hard-steel knives to cleavers. What’s also great about Wicked sharpeners is that you can set angles independently on each side.
