When mounted to the day sight lens hood, the clip-on recoil resistance rated for .300 Win Mag 150gr. P.P. and other heavy recoil calibers. In case if clip-on installed on a rifle with the QR mount, its recoil rating is suitable for .308 Win SX 150gr.
