Product Info for FISCHER Ranger 108 Skis A17022
Redesigned for 2023, the Fischer Ranger 108 is versatile, powerful freeride ski that has been developed as result of 30 months of intense collaboration between Fischer athletes, shop employees and ski engineers to keep you on snow longer and skiing more. With a 108-milimeter waist, this ski eats up powder, cut up snow, wind buff and variable conditions. Built with a sandwich sidewall construction, and a combination of Beech and Poplar wood core, the 108 is responsive but sturdy, and has plenty of heft thanks to a shaped rib of Titanal that runs down the forebody of the ski. This provides stiffness and great vibration dampening properties, and allows this ski to really hold an edge on firm snow. But when this ski really comes alive is when its driven hard in soft snow and powder, with an aggressive Freeski rocker profile that allows the ski to float, pivot and slash your way down the mountain. These skis like to be pushed, and the harder they are pushed, the better they respond. A sintered base keeps you gliding effortlessly on those flats to get back to the lift so you can charge for another run. Advanced and expert freeride skiers who are looking for a powerful, nimble and surfy stick sto take them to those secret stashes should take a real hard look at the Fischer Ranger 108.
