The INTREPID INTERNATIONAL Argentine Snaffle Bit (218008) is astainless steel snaffle mouth with shanks. A great transitional bit. Can be used with the rein attached to the snaffle ring or the shank. Can even be used with two reins. Even though this bit has a snaffle mouth it is still a curb bit. Note the curved shank. This will create a slower response than a straight shank bit. This bit also features small loops on the shanks for a lip strap if your horse tosses his head (keeps the bit from flipping up).
