With a guarded razor edge, this cutter stows either in the special pocket on a Spinlock DeckVest or in a 2 3/8"x3 1/2" pouch worn on the life jacket harness. By providing a reliable "means of disconnection", anyone wearing this cutter satisfies ISAF and Offshore Special Regulations, whatever the type of safety line and whatever the type of clip used.
