Swix's Shield Glove for women is a cold weather System IV category glove. This glove prides itself on being soft, flexible and warm. It has insulation in the palm, fingers, and back of the hand, PrimaLoft insulation, that has been further refined to give it loft without bulk. The palms are made from Amara fabric, which falls into the same category of durable man made materials as Kevlar but has less slip and more grip. You can hang on to your poles, or snow shovel, without getting tired from gripping too hard.
