The POSP 4-8x42V Russian Variable Power w/ AK Mount Riflescope (4-8x42V) is intended for shooting on the small-sized and well disguised targets. It has illuminated reticle which allows you to determine kill distance in the twilight. All POSP's riflescopes feature professionally ground, crystal clear optics, nitrogen filling to prevent lens fogging, and larger diameter tubes for improved light gathering under the most severe conditions.

The sight is intended for operation at temperature of air from a minus 30C to plus 50C degrees. Although originally designed for the SVD Dragunov and PKM machine gun, the POSP 4-8x42V uses the standard night vision base clamp system, which can also be attached to many other Russian and western rifles.
